Columbia SC Real Estate Home Inspections

As I have said before, I am a huge fan of having a home inspection done in Columbia SC Real Estate. Anyone has the right to have a home inspection done when buying your house, and this is definately something that you need to speak with your Realtor about.

If you are a buyer in Columbia SC Real Estate of mine, you know I recommend one person and one person only, Michael Outen owner of All ‘n One Home Inspections.

Michael is thorough. He is impartial. He is more than reasonably priced. I have actually told him before that he needs to charge more for his time…but he refuses.

Of course I am not just saying this because he has his piece of Columbia SC Real Estate listed with me (which he got no discount on the listing commission). He also did my home inspection when I purchased it (which he gave me no discount).
