Columbia SC Real Estate on Real Estate Radio USA

Good evening everyone.

This afternoon while eating lunch with a couple of clients, I received an email from Barry Cunningham of Real Estate Radio USA. As you may remember, I was on his internet Radio show talking about some foreclosure parties I was doing within the Columbia SC Real Estate market.

Barry Cunningham, Barry Johnson, and I have kept in touch since then via email and Twitter, and today the B&B Crew asked me to be a guest contributor on Real Estate Radio USA weekly. Obviously, I was more than extatic, and graciously accepted the position.

The Real Estate Radio USA show and blog covers the Real Estate Industry. It is not meant for consumers, but for other Realtors, loan officers, and other people in the real estate industry. It covers everything from Marketing to legal talk and investing.

As most of yall know I am young, 22 to be exact (My birthday is Wednesday, so presents are always accepted) and just finished my first year of my real estate career. There will be many more.

I want to provide a new level of Real Estate that Columbia SC Real Estate is not used to. This is client focused, marketing rich, and generally contains the best of the best…which my clients greatly deserve.

Once a week I will post the content I wrote for Real Estate Radio USA on this blog for all of you to read. I greatly appreciate the support that you are providing me through this blog. Also, if you have any requests for things to cover, please do let me know…but remember, their blog is made for the real estate community, so any questions, things that Realtors need to do, know, understand is greatly appreciated!
