Real Estate Darwinism In Columbia SC

We are all familiar with Darwinism. Only the strong will survive in a general term of things. This is happening to Columbia SC Real Estate. I think it is great.

Barry Cunningham recently wrote a post about all the Realtors out there, and how many are crying. Wake up, get a cup of coffee, and sell some houses. Of course, it’s not that easy…but if you put the time, the effort, the work into it, you are good to go.

In this market I have seen many friends dry up and close shop. I am telling the world that I am here to stay!

Columbia SC Real Estate market is steady, yet things have changed. Houses are taking longer to sell, yet they are still selling. Do not worry.

Remember, only the strong will survive.
