Foreclosure Parties…what are they? No, we are not having a party celebrating the fact that your neighbor was foreclosed on. We would never do that….unless they are a horrible neighbor of course.
The idea behind a Foreclosure Parties is getting a foreclosure sold in your neighborhood so it stops hurting your house value…keeping your house from selling…making your neighborhood a sight for sore eyes. We want to help increase your neighborhoods property value by getting these REO Properties off the market.
What do we do? We have a party at a foreclosed house in your neighborhood. Hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, beer, wine, soda, and all the trimmings. I provide all of this for free….why? I want to sell that house to help you out! It is a win win situation.
Over the next few weeks I’ll be selecting several foreclosed properties in homes all over the Columbia SC Area. I’ll knock on your door, invite you to come, and ask you to bring friends who may want to move in the neighborhood or people you may know who want to purchase the house as an investment.
All these properties will cash flow and have ample room for someone to either have equity or make money.

This sounds like a great plan to stimulate the economy in neighborhoods in which the real estate market has stalled. Also, It is a great way to get the community involved in this issues. We probably will be implementing some of these ideas right here Edisto SC.
