It is Sunday and I am sitting here enjoying the beautiful weather in Columbia SC. Its warm, just a bit too humid for me…but it is a great day. I am enjoying spending some quality time with my dogs and tortoises (since its such a great warm day, the tortoises get to come outside and enjoy the Columbia, SC Sun!) and listening to some Real Estate Radio while blogging.
As I am sitting here, something even better happens. A buyer calls. One of those people which the Real Estate Market says do not exist anymore. (They apparently have reached endangered species status). I have not noticed the addition to them on the list…but everyone else is complaining that there are no buyers. Maybe they aren’t working hard…who knows.
The buyer called about my beautiful listing at 122 Weatherstone Road in Lexington SC. Such a beautiful town house in the middle of Lexington SC, right off of Park Road.

Imagine moving into Coldstream for under $100k in a great house. I can get you into a 3500 sq foot house which is worth over $500,000 rehabbed for under $300,000. I know the deals, where to find them.
