Every other week or so I will invite some Professionals in the Realty field to post a bit of info on this blog. There will be mortgage brokers, inspectors, lawyers, etc.

Today is a brief introduction to the home inspection from my home inspector Michael Outen who owns All ‘N One home inspections.

What is a home inspection? I will be glad to answer that question.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Michael Outen owner of ALL N ONE Home Inspections. I am located in Columbia, SC. I have been in business for three years. When purchasing a new or used home is it required to have a home inspection? No, but for a little cost and a piece of mind to protect your investment a home inspection will give you an unbiased overview of the condition of the house. From the foundation to the roof. We offer digital pictures and can have the report the same day. In the upcoming events I will explain the inspection process and give tips. Until next time,
